Zylrio provides software tools for managing lab workflows, including patient registration, result entry, report generation, and delivery. Zylrio does not provide medical services, diagnostic interpretation, or clinical advice.
The lab is solely responsible for:
Any outputs generated by Zylrio are based entirely on data entered by the lab.
Zylrio is not responsible for:
All clinical responsibility rests with the lab and its qualified personnel.
Zylrio depends on third-party services, including Meta Platforms for WhatsApp delivery. Zylrio is not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by such third-party services.
The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Zylrio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or external factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zylrio shall not be liable for:

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial usage. Data is retained for a limited period after cancellation and then deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
