Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Zylrio, you (the lab) agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Zylrio provides

Zylrio is a software tool for managing lab workflows — patient registration, sample tracking, result entry, PDF generation, and WhatsApp delivery. We provide the software. We do not provide medical services, clinical advice, or diagnostic interpretation.

3. Lab responsibilities

  • The lab is solely responsible for the accuracy of all test results entered into Zylrio
  • The lab is responsible for obtaining all required licences, registrations, and regulatory approvals to operate (Clinical Establishment Act, NABL, state licences, etc.)
  • NABL accreditation, if claimed, is the lab's responsibility — Zylrio generates compliant report formats but does not certify the lab
  • The lab is responsible for obtaining patient consent to collect personal data and deliver reports via WhatsApp
  • The lab must ensure staff use the system appropriately and maintain login credential security

4. No liability for clinical errors

Zylrio is not liable for any harm, loss, or legal action arising from incorrect test results, misdiagnosis, or clinical decisions made using reports generated by this software. The lab and its qualified pathologists bear full clinical responsibility.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned and unplanned maintenance may cause brief interruptions. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

6. Payments and cancellation

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. On cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days then deleted.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Zylrio to store data unrelated to your lab operations, attempt to access other labs' data, reverse-engineer the software, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms with 14 days notice via email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
