Do I need training to use Zylrio?
?
No. The interface is designed for front desk staff with no software background. Most labs are running on day one. If you get stuck, we're available over WhatsApp.
Can I import my existing patients?
?
Not via bulk import yet — that feature is on the roadmap. For now, patients get registered as they walk in. Zylrio detects duplicates automatically so your patient history builds up cleanly over time.
Is my patient data secure?
?
Yes. Every lab's data is isolated at the database level using row-level security — not just hidden in the UI. One lab can never access another's records. Data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS in the South Asia region) and encrypted at rest and in transit. We are built for compliance with India's DPDP Act 2023.
What happens if I have multiple branches?
?
Each branch is a separate org with its own staff, patients, and reports. As the owner, you get a single Branches dashboard that shows activity across all locations at once.
Does the patient need to install an app?
?
No. They get a WhatsApp message with a link. One tap opens the report in their browser. Nothing to install on their end.
